Your Personalized Sensei Guide
True to The Four Seasons form, personalization is a part of every guest experience whether you opt for the fully curated Guided Sensei Experience and Optimal Wellbeing Experience or an á la carte Select-Choice Experience. As part of the Guided Sensei Experience, guests relate to a personal Sensei Guide, who will curate a customized program following the Sensei Way. Within 72 hours of your booking, your personalized journey begins with a pre-arrival questionnaire about current lifestyle, abilities, and your interests. Upon arrival, your Sensei Guide and Wellness Team will gather more information via proprietary technology and other methods used to create your intentions and personalized program. Your Sensei Guide monitors your progress throughout your stay, enabling your team to recognize your individual needs and provide recommendations for improving your life back home.

High Tech Well-Being
Your experience and knowledge are enhanced using technology from wearables to thermal body mapping. In your own private spa quarter known as hale, massage practitioners use Sensei-developed thermographic technology to create a map of your body, pinpointing areas of muscle tightness and pain. Using this data, your practitioner provides a custom massage to create greater flexibility and alignment. In addition, for guests enrolled in the Optimal Wellbeing Program, your pre-arrival process begins with the use of a WHOOP wearable strap to gather real-time fitness, sleep, and recovery data. This technological approach further enhances the knowledge each guests gains, providing a deeper insight into the changes to incorporate into their daily life. Although guests will be able to access their WHOOP data via the secure Sensei Portal, your Sensei Guide will personally translate the data and develop a structured program based on the results.

A Resort with Plenty to Do
Nothing brings wellness together more than nature, and at the Sensei property, guests discover a spiritual land located in Ko’ele. From its luscious mountains to its breathtaking ocean, you will find plenty of activities on the island. On the resort alone, you will find ten heated soaking tubs, gazing pond, lap pool and three whirlpools. If movement is what you crave, there is a yoga pavilion, gym, movement studio and individual 1,000 square-feet spa hales (Hawaiian for “home”), where you can unwind and rejuvenate. For more adventure, you can go zip-lining or hiking and explore the untouched wilderness. All Sensei guests have access to a selection of twelve daily wellbeing classes such as a morning vinyasa yoga and meditation class to a Koloiki Ridge hike. Guests can also enjoy golf, tennis, snorkeling and many other activities for additional fees.
Get ready to be treated as a house guest on Larry Ellison’s private island, where guests can choose their best path to wellbeing. Guests can choose from the Guided Sensei Experience, which is a complete immersion into the Sensei Way and includes your very own Sensei Guide. Or choose the Select-Choice Experience, an á la cate option with a concierge support to reserve Sensei signature practices, spa treatments and activities from the Experience Menu with the ability to upgrade to the Guided Sensei Experience any time. What we love
We love the dining feature of Sensei by Nobu, that highlights sustainable ingredients from the nearby Sensei Farms, Sensei’s on-island sustainable farm. The Sensei culinary philosophy is deeply rooted in sourcing from locally grown produce to sustainable practices. Tesla-powered batteries and sustainable farming systems are used, allowing guests to enjoy nutritious and delicious food that is in alignment with the Sensei clean food philosophy. You can dine indoors under the glass pavilion (with proof of COVID vaccination) or outside overlooking a reflecting koi pond.
